Research into the true essence of law is an endless process of critical analysis. Legal positivism expresses the attitude of society not only to law as a regulator of relations, but also to all legal phenomena in general. The civilized, progressive development of any state in the modern world is determined, first of all, by a value-based attitude towards a person, which is expressed in the degree of his freedom, the breadth and security of his rights, the presence of effective mechanisms for their implementation and protection.
