With the information and educational event "Let's overcome violence together", representatives of the Rokada Charitable Foundation visited the law faculty. The event was dedicated to the topic of combating gender-based violence and preventing and resolving conflicts in the community.
Target audience: applicants for I and II levels of higher education in the following specialties: 081 Law, 232 Social Security, 193 Geodesy and Land Management.
The event brought together active students who are interested in issues of communication, conflictology and public activism. The format was interactive: instead of a traditional lecture, participants participated in practical exercises, modeling conflict situations and group discussions.
Students gained an understanding of how conflicts affect the community and why it is important to resolve them correctly. They developed certain practical skills in active listening, negotiation, and the use of mediation techniques. They worked in teams and gained skills in analyzing real cases. And most importantly, they were motivated to implement the knowledge they gained in their youth communities and in their future professional lives.
The event left a positive impression, because the students not only gained useful knowledge, but also had fun discussing current issues.
We sincerely thank the Rokada Charitable Foundation for its support and productive cooperation. More to come!
