The role of administrative law in the field of organizing the educational process

The lecture discussed the substantive and procedural aspects of the use of disclaimers in law enforcement. Mr. Serhiy examined in detail the legal nature and meaning of disclaimers, their application in contractual relations, as well as the impact on the obligations of the parties. Special attention was paid to procedural aspects: the legal force of disclaimers and restrictions on their use.
