The collection of the Scientific Library of Sumy National Agrarian University has been expanded with new professional publications on spatial planning and land resource management. The books were donated by lecturers of the specialty 193 “Geodesy and Land Management.”
The library received modern practical manuals prepared with the support of international programs USAID and Chemonics, including:
Practical Recommendations for Preventing and Counteracting Agrarian Raiding
Strategic Environmental Assessment of the Comprehensive Plan (practical guide)
Development of Comprehensive Plans (guide for communities)
How to Develop a Community Comprehensive Plan (guide for professionals)
These publications present modern approaches to spatial planning of territorial communities, development of comprehensive spatial development plans, and consideration of environmental aspects in territorial planning.
The donated literature will become a useful source of information for students and lecturers working in the fields of geodesy, land management, spatial planning, and land resource governance.
