All-Ukrainian Scientific Conference of Students and Postgraduate Students, Dedicated to International Student Day, Section “Legal Science”.

On November 20, 2024, a sectional meeting of the All-Ukrainian Scientific Conference of Students and Postgraduate Students, dedicated to International Student Day, took place.

“Despite the difficult times, young researchers must firmly, without stopping, go towards their goal, developing and strengthening Ukrainian legal science,” – with these words the Dean of the Faculty of Law, Doctor of Law, Associate Professor Oleg ROGOVENKO addressed the conference participants.

“Today we did not just listen to interesting and meaningful reports. The conference became a platform for the exchange of ideas and experience, which is extremely important when preparing dissertation research. I am very pleased to state that this scientific event demonstrated the sense of a large family that prevails at our faculty,” – this is how the guarantor of the ONP “Law” Doctor of Laws, Professor Iryna ARISTOVA, characterized the results of the scientific event.

During the conference, topical issues of legal science were discussed, and the following reports caused a lively discussion:

Serhiy Zlenko. “A fair trial in the context of procedural guarantees in civil proceedings”. Scientific supervisor: Doctor of Laws, Professor M.P. Kurylo.

Artem Kuznetsov. “On the peculiarities of the legal status of subjects of municipal lawmaking in the context of sustainable development”. Scientific advisor: Doctor of Laws, Associate Professor O.V. Rogovenko.

Oleksandr Kulibaba. “Counter-security in civil justice in Ukraine: problems and ways of improvement”. Scientific advisor: Candidate of Laws, Associate Professor Yu.O. Kotvyakovsky.
