Meeting of the Expert Council of Employers

On February 7, the Faculty of Law of the SNAU hosted a meeting of the Expert Council of Employers for the specialty I10 “Social Work and Consulting”.

The Dean of the Faculty, Oleg ROGOVENKO, addressed the attendees with an introductory speech, who spoke about the results of the work of the Faculty of Law for 2024.

At the meeting, it was emphasized that the educational program “Social Security” is being successfully implemented in accordance with modern requirements and demonstrates high results. As part of the educational process, students acquire thorough theoretical knowledge of key aspects of social policy, public administration in the field of social protection, legal foundations and social work.

Employers, guarantors and members of the security group provided expert advice, comments and extremely valuable suggestions. It is obvious that with joint efforts we will be able to make the educational program more relevant, practically oriented and one that trains competitive specialists who meet the expectations of modern employers.

The meeting participants considered the need to make changes to the list of fields of knowledge and specialties, ensuring compliance with modern labor market requirements and international standards, as well as the introduction of systematic basic combined-arms training for citizens of Ukraine who are pursuing higher education. It was emphasized that today the issue of familiarizing students with the basics of tactical medicine is especially relevant.
