As part of the professional development of students and the strengthening of scientific and practical cooperation, an insightful guest lecture was held on the topic: «Geodetic Support of Land Management: Theory, Methodology, Practice».
The event was moderated: by Olena Kanivets, PhD in Geodesy and Land Management, Associate Professor of the Department of Geodesy and Land Management at Sumy National Agrarian University.
The lecture was delivered: by Vyacheslav Frolov, PhD in Geodesy and Land Management, Director of GISAPR Company, a certified land management engineer, geodetic engineer, and licensed land auctioneer. During the lecture, he shared not only profound theoretical knowledge but also practical experience, which is extremely valuable for future specialists.
The target audience - of the event included higher education students of the first and second levels majoring in G18 "Geodesy and Land Management," as well as the academic staff of the Faculty of Law at Sumy National Agrarian University and the Department of Land Administration and Geographic Information Systems at O. M. Beketov National University of Urban Economy in Kharkiv.
Participants had the opportunity to familiarize themselves with modern geodetic support methods, their practical significance in the field of land management, and the implementation of geographic information systems. The lecture became an important part of the educational process, sparking keen interest and active discussion among attendees.
