A guest lecture was held on the topic: "Waste recycling as a key element of the green economy and its impact on the market price of land", organized as part of the professional development of students in the educational and professional program "Geodesy and Land Management".
The lecture was given by the esteemed Oksana Gaponova - Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor, employee of the Department of Experimental Mechanics of the Institute of Fundamental Technological Research of the Polish Academy of Sciences (Warsaw, Poland).
The moderator of the event was Olena Rybina - Candidate of Economic Sciences, Associate Professor, Associate Professor of the Department of Geodesy and Land Management of Sumy National Agrarian University.
The target audience was students of higher education of I and II levels in the specialty G18 “Geodesy and Land Management”. Participants had a unique opportunity to learn about the impact of modern environmental practices on the economy and land market, in particular in the context of green and circular economy. The lecturer focused on the importance of implementing approaches to circular resource use in land management and spatial planning.
The event aroused lively interest among the audience, was accompanied by an active discussion of current problems of environmental, economic and legal development, and also revealed the high scientific and practical value of the presented materials.
