A master class was held on the topic: “In 10 years, 40% of professions will disappear. Will yours be among them?” What is true and what is a myth? What strategy ensures personal resilience in the era of artificial intelligence, war, and reconstruction? We sincerely thank our speaker, Nataliia Klietsova, PhD (Economics), Associate Professor at the Department of Private Law and Social Security of SNAU (Ukraine) and Senior Lecturer at the HR Business School, University of Hertfordshire (United Kingdom).

Particularly valuable was the presence not only of students but also of faculty and management staff—their engagement, openness to discussion, and readiness to work in an interactive format created a genuine atmosphere of professional growth. Participation in the Mentimeter poll, candid responses, and constructive questions demonstrated the high motivation of our academic community.
