Target audience: students of I and II levels of higher education in the following specialties: 081 Law, 293 International Law, 232 Social Security, III level of higher education in the specialty 081 “Law”, teaching staff of Sumy NAU, VSP “Sumy Professional College of SNAU”, VSP “Putyvl Professional College of SNAU”.
During the lecture, Ms. Natalia introduced the audience to the main areas of work of social sphere specialists: from the appointment of payments and the provision of social services to the support of vulnerable categories of the population, interaction with communities and the use of modern digital services to simplify access to support.
We got acquainted with real cases from practice, which clearly demonstrated how one consultation, properly designed assistance or timely referral to the necessary service can change the fate of a specific person or an entire family.
