Guest lecture: Liability in commercial law in the context of commercial legislation reform

Target audience: students of I and II levels of higher education in the following specialties: 081 Law, 293 International Law, 232 Social Security, III level of higher education in the specialty 081 “Law”, teaching staff of Sumy NAU, VSP “Sumy Professional College of SNAU”, VSP “Putyvl Professional College of SNAU”.

During the lecture, Ms. Yulia, in detail revealed the issue of applying liability in commercial law and outlined new trends emerging in the process of legislative reform. An important part of the lecture was the discussion of the abolition of the Commercial Code of Ukraine.

They discussed how the possible adoption of new legislative approaches will affect business entities, law enforcement and judicial practice. We got acquainted with typical violations in the field of economic activity, forms of liability and the role of courts in ensuring the stability of the legal environment.
