Event Topic: Formation of a safe and healthy environment within the university community
Target Audience: academic group curators and group leaders
On February 11, 2026, an online seminar dedicated to the актуal issue of preventing bullying and creating a safe educational environment was held at the university. The event was conducted within the framework of curatorial work with the aim of increasing the level of awareness among academic group curators and group leaders regarding issues related to counteracting bullying in student collectives.
During the seminar, the participants examined the key aspects of the bullying problem, in particular the issues of timely identification of its signs within a group, the algorithm of actions in cases of detecting or witnessing bullying incidents, as well as practical tools for forming a healthy and friendly atmosphere among students.
The event was held in the format of an open dialogue, which contributed to active discussion, exchange of experience, and the development of effective approaches to ensuring psychological safety in the educational environment. The conducted seminar became an important step in consolidating the efforts of the university community toward the formation of a culture of mutual respect, support, and zero tolerance for manifestations of bullying.
