1994 – V.H. Korolenko Poltava State Pedagogical Institute, specialty “History and Law, Psychology”, qualification – Teacher of History and Law, Practical Psychologist in educational institutions.
2007 – Ivan Franko National University of Lviv, specialty “Law”, qualification – Lawyer.
2005 – defended thesis in the speciality 12.00.05 – Labour Law; Social Security Law. Graduation thesis topic: “Improving the Procedure for Resolving Collective Labour Disputes (Conflicts) by Conciliation Bodies in Ukraine”. Diploma ДК No. 029866 as of June 30, 2005.
2008 – was awarded the academic title of Associate Professor of the Department of Legal Support of the Agricultural Sector. Diploma 12 ДЦ No. 021021 as of December 23, 2008.
2014 – defended dissertation for the degree of Doctor of Laws in the specialty 12.00.01 – Theory and History of State and Law; History of Political and Legal Doctrines. Graduation thesis topic: “Genesis and Doctrinal Principles of the Institute of Protection of the Right to Labour in Modern Ukraine”. Diploma ДД No. 003664 as of September 23, 2014.
2016 – was awarded the academic title of Professor of the Department of Legal Support of the Agricultural Sector. Diploma 12 ПР No. 011570 as of February 25, 2016.
2016 – was elected as an Academician of the International Academy of Education and Science (Department of Law).
Work experience
Since 1994 I have been working as a Law Lecturer at Zaporizhzhia Commercial College. Since 1996, I headed the cycle commission of legal disciplines.
Since 2000 – Labour Arbitrator of the National Mediation and Conciliation Service.
From 2004 to 2006 – Associate Professor of the Department of Constitutional and Labour Law at Zaporizhzhia National University.
From 2006 to 2021 – Dean of the Faculty of Law at Sumy National Agrarian University.
Since 2018 I have been a Lawyer of the Ukrainian National Bar Association.
Since 2022 – First Deputy Head of the National Mediation and Reconciliation Service.
