Why is a new Law “On Land Management” needed?

Target audience: applicants for I and II levels of higher education in the specialty 193 Geodesy and Land Management, faculty of the Faculty of Law of the SNAU.

As part of the events on the occasion of the Day of the Land Manager, a guest lecture on the discipline "History of Land Relations and Land Management" was held at the Department of Geodesy and Land Management.

During the lecture, the issues of land lease agreements outside the settlement, the development of a detailed plan of the territory in resolving land issues, which aroused keen interest among applicants, were discussed in detail.

Anton Mykolayovych, sharing his own many years of experience, emphasized the need to develop and approve a new law "On Land Management", which will help eliminate existing gaps in land legislation.
